A 62 year old man I helped this past summer had extensive and unresolved emotional issues that traced back for over 40 years.  In addition to going through a heart-rending separation with his wife, whom he still loves, and daughter 10 years ago, he had additionally been profoundly exasperated by the mismanagment and mistreatment of his dad by his dad's former employment firm back in the 1960's.  These and other issues challenged his deep sense of idealism and remained unresolved until I recently worked with him.  
  
     I met this man several years ago and initially cleared up a toxic stomach that he had which I attribute to emotion that created inefficient digestion and subsequent toxicity. This necessary procedure helped bring him relief as I dealt with the result of emotion. However, the emotional factors were still there. Physically he was weak and would find it a chore to walk any distance. It was an ordeal, for example, for him to walk across a parking lot to get inside a grocery store. This summer I felt I was able to dissipate the cause (emotional factors) by using the Ver Vita essential oil Present Moment with him. I had him take an hour long foot bath with one bottle of "Present Moment" while I counseled with him, allowing him to cover his life history with me.
  
     My observation is that in giving someone a footbath with Present Moment,  I find that if one genuinely and actively listens to a person like this who has been in anguish (even if such anguish is not immediately apparent), and has CRA scores on key body reflex points that indicate extensive (even if suppressed)  anger, .. the individual willingly volunteers all pertinent past information that relates to his/her unresolved emotions. For me, the value of doing this is to enable the person to accept and bring closure to past negative life. In these type situations, I explain to such people that while they cannot change any of the negative things that have happened, they can become proactive rather than reactive in re-establishing control over their feelings and their lives. For me Present Moment always seems to accelerate this transformation.  In an email this man shared that he was soon able to walk 3 miles.  This is the same person who apparently was so physically locked down by unresolved emotions that he struggled to walk 300 feet.  Moreover, he told me later that as he finished walking his three miles, a sudden rain storm came and enticed him to actually RUN the last 100 yards back to his house.  He laughed all the way as he delighted that he could actually do it!
